Antique 1901 Pennsylvania Jr Lawn Mower Company Reel Push Incredible Condition For Sale

Very unusual, antique, ornated fancy iron, reel push mower in excellant condition. It appears that it has not seen much use and was kept in out of weather. PENN’A. JR BB is on the outside of the iron wheels, probably was the manufacturer, in the inside of the wheels it say PAT’O Sep 3 1901.
The red handle seems to have some damaged and it has been reinforced At some point with a screw and bolt that don’t seem original (See picture).
