RARE Original hand painted animation cell from BTAS of Harley Quinn wearing Batman’s Belt, signed by the late Arlene Sorkin, and framed and floated to preserve the paint, with the COA, and under archival preservation glass. There are minor scuffs to the frame edge from moving, but the art is in perfect condition. This came straight from Warner brothers not a third party seller.
