1938 75th Anniversary, Battle of Gettysburg badge. Bright & colorful stamped brass on silver w/ cloissone flags. Blue and Gray Reunion. \"Sterling\" stamped in very small letters at upper back side, along with \"Gov. George H. Earle\" in larger letters. I assume this would have been George Howard Earle III, politician & diplomat, who served as Governor of Pennsylvania from 1935 to 1939. A handsome badge in VG cond., brighter than the photos show (see photos.) Very scarce. Contact me with any questions or with any helpful information.

PLEASE NOTE: I am advised that this is only the bottom half of what once was a larger item. This should be readily apparent from the two small eyes on the upper points of the star (see photos.) In any case, I want there to be no confusion.
