TV-2 c/u vacuum tube tester FOR PARTS or restore For Sale

TV-2 c/uVacuum tube testerFOR PARTS OR RESTORE
This tube tester is in non-working condition; needs power transformer. We found a handwritten note inside saying the the power transformer is shorted.
Someone has already re-capped the unit and replaced the power cord. No tubes are included.
The case is in pretty good shape.
We tested all the meters with an ohm meter and all are working.
