Many of our items are pictured on 10 x10 milimeter square paper to indicate the sizes. All the unique items are exactly like the picture(s). Our other samples (bulk products, vials etc.) might be be slightly different from the picture(s).
Ordering:
Orders from countries mentioned above require a purchase with a minimum of US$100. You can mix or match any items. Should yourpurchases fallbelow this amount, we have to cancel the transaction.

We offer items on different sites all over the world. Hence you will also receive invoices in different currencies. Unfortunately the system is not able to combine your international purchases in different currencies in one invoice. We do not provide invoices with VAT specifications.

We offer free shipping for nearly all our items! We usually combine shipping when you buy more items. In some cases we will ship your order in 2 or more parcels.
We only ship the item to your Paypal address for fast and accurate shipment. We will photograph every package before despatch. Please make sure your and Paypal account has an accurate shipping address!
All items are shipped within 1-2 business days from payment. Beware of timezones.
Once shipped your purchase will be flagged as such in your "My " page. There may be a 36h time lag your purchase is actually shipped and until it is flagged as shipped.
Our shipping rates include the cost of shipping, handling, packaging and related manpower costs.
We are not responsible for undeliverable addresses. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to a wrong address supplied by the buyer. Any non-received items caused by an invalid address registered on PayPal are not in our full refund or replacement policy.

Arrival:
Please notice some items my oxidize during shipping or days up to years after delivery. In hot weather some items will melt. We will replace items which are more than average oxidized at arrival.
0.3% of the glass vials will break during transport, unless carefully packing. Off course we will replace items which are broken during transport.
Sometimes it happens the customs in your country have used a part of the content of samples for a laboratory check. In that case your sample may arrive with less content than described. Off course we will replace the missing content in these cases.
