The Character is drawn from fairy tales reordered in the early 20th century by writer Bazov in the Ural area. Beautiful Tsarina is offering gifts from her malachite mines to visitors in exchange for artistic skills.

12” tall. Great condition. Mark on the bottom says Dulevo and the abbreviation ДФЗ what is standing for Dulevo Porcelain Factory. I haven’t notice any damage.
