16mm Feature - Bambi Technicolor Walt Disney 1942 For Sale

16mm Feature – Bambi 1942 TechnicolorHere from my 16mm Disney collection is a 16mm print of Bambi.The first picture of the poster is for display purposes and not included.
Pics 2 & 3 are of the technicolor film stock logo on the sprockets of reel 1 & 2.
The last 2 pics are of reel 2.Mounted on 2 x 1600ft plastic reels.
Housed in a cardboard case.Film stock is Technicolor.
No vinegar smell.
This sound is grey track with great sound throughout.Approximately 10 splices throughout both reels.Film Title and Intro Credits are present and has The End logo.

Condition
I purchased this from CHC Classic Home Cinema many years ago and it was sold as an LPP print.This is my first viewing since purchase and the print does have issues so too late for a refund from CHC.The film stock does actually say Technicolor on both reels but has what appears to be red fade on reel 2.
The film suffers froma lot of speckling andgrubbiness to the imagethroughout both reels.
Reel 1has thin black ware lines and white lines that come and go through the entire reel.
Reel 2 is very grubby and has a very poor image quality and although the film stock also says technicolor it has what looks like a reddish haze and fade to it which is strange as technicolor is not meant to fade so im baffled.It could be a dupe or printing error i am unsure.There is also a lot ofgrubbiness and white ware linesto the image on reel 2.If you are wanting a mint print of this disney feature on 16mm please don\'t offer as it does have issues such as ware from age and use and is being listed at low start price to reflect this and is sold as is thanks.
Story

The story of Bambi is about a young deer who\'s mother is killed by Man and as Bambi grows, he makes friends with the other animals of the forest such as Thumper,Flower and his childhood friend Faline.He learns the skills needed to survive, and even finds love.One day, however, the hunters come, and Bambi must learn to be as brave as his father if he is to lead the other deer to safety.Postage & Payment
