This is an all original clean condition fluter from the 1870s era -made by noted Civil War Sword manufacturers-Sauerbier\'s + Sons (signed on base and having an 1866 patent date) ...its cast iron and has 2 brass rollers that you turn with a hand crank...Fluter was used to press ruffled cuffs etc...it has original black painted finish and has pinstripe trim decoration...overall in very good condition with no damages or excessive wear-some paint wear to base from normal use..measures 6 1/2\" x 8 1/2\" x 6 1/2\".....looks and displays well and is guaranteed original and authentic .......Shipping is via USPS in US and overseas…...always glad to combine on multiple buys when possible
