On watermarked paper. Showing minor signs of age and handling.Expected fold creases from posting. Two holes near top edge. No fastening staple / pin holes. Bottom edge fold crease. Eye-catching company header w/ bold mixedtype faces / fonts and illustrated art. Clean edges and surface. In good to very goodcondition. You will receive the exact example as seen in the photos.It measures approx. 6\" x 9 1/2\"
*Ephraim Baker (1836-1919) operated a general store in Mount Olive, Shenandoah County, Virginia for most of his adult life. Thisis part of a collectionof Checks, billheads and letterheads mostly from purchases from wholesale merchants for inventory for Baker\'s store.His store was used at one point as a hospital during the Civil War. He also served as Mt. Olive Postmaster from 1874 to 1889 and 1895 1898. Baker is buried in the Saint Stephens Cemetery, Strasburg, VA
