Here\'s aCentury Graphic ViewCamera manufactured in Rochester, NY at the turn of the last century. Plate size is approximately5\" x 7\".
Condition is good throughout, certainly given the camera\'s age, and the cameraappears to beoriginal throughout, with the exception of the ground glass focusing plate in back, which I know to be a replacement. The mahogany body retains its original finish, and the lacquered brass hardware has a nice patina.Rack and pinionare abit stiffbut they\'re stillworking properly.Original leather handle is worn and fragile but not damaged. Bellows are original, and they\'re intact, with no visible cracks or damage. The pinion screw on the lens is missing, so the lens has to be adjusted manually, but the lenselements themselves areclear, with no fungus, no chipping, no delamination, and there are no dings or dents in the lens barrel.I believe a strip of brass trim is missing from the top of the front standard. Please see the pics to confirm whether or not this is correct.
