1921 Vintage Press Photo.Belle Bennett, leading woman of "Happy Go Lucky" who is making a big hit in Chicago. This motto is her daily inspiration and "The Good Fairy" statuette on her desk is her mascot. She is reading one of her favorite books, "In Tune with the Infinite", by Ralph Waldo Trine.
Belle Bennett was a stage and screen actress who started her career as a child as a circus performer. She later performed in theater and films.
