Silver King serial #110803 from late 1928, with A-440 barrel. Pads and corks are fine (apparently recent) and it plays and sounds brilliant – clean, accurate, and strong.
Gold wash inside bell nicely intact, pound-sterling symbol on outside of solid silver bell. All in all a first-rate, well-preserved and restored example of a classic top-of-the-line professional instrumentfrom the prime of the H. N. White Silver King line.
Case in good condition, but not original to the instrument (it’s for a Bettoney Three-Star).
