Rare and original, 1930\'s Cast Iron, \"Coast to Coast\" GMC Greyhound Bus Toy manufactured by Arcade Manufacturing Co of Freeport, Illinois. This early, cast iron Toy Bus measures 7 1/2” long overall by 2\" tall and 2\" wide.

This wonderful Arcade Toy Bus features original, medium blue paint and has a gold stripe on each side panel. There is also a raised, gold Greyhound Bus logo on each side and cast letters that read \"GMC\". The Bus retains its original decal on the roof which reads \"Coast to Coast / GMC\". Cast markoings on the underside read \"385\" and \"Arcade / USA\".

This outstanding, Arcade Cast Iron, Coast to Coast Greyhound Bus is in very good condition. All parts are original (including the wheels) and there are no crack, breaks, chips, repairs or physical damage to the cast iron. The paint is 100% original and the surface has never been restored, repainted, touched up or altered in any way. The Toy retains approx 90% of its original surface paint with the majority of the paint wear to the roof as can be seen in the scans below. While the wheels are all original, there is some surface cracking and soiling to the hard rubber, white tires. Overall the Toy is attractive and displays nicely.
