1950\'s Antique Original/ 100% Valvoline Motor Oil Sign For Sale

You are offerding on an Antique/Original/100% Pennsylvania Valvoline Motor Oil Sign. This item is being listed as used, however it has never been hung up. It has been stored since it was brought down from the loft many years ago. It has some minor scratches on both sides, for the most part, they appear to be surface scratches. The is one small scratch that you can feel on the back side of the sign, but is not deep. On the back side there is also a deeper scratch (see picture #7).There is also a dent on the bottom of the sign that when the sign is placed on the table is raised approximately a quarter of an inch (see picture #12). Also, on the back of the sign, the shininess is missing around the letter V and in a few other spots (see picture #2 & #3). There is no damage to any of the lettering or paint. The front and back views have the same writing on them. The sign was made by AM Sign Co., dated 03-50 and has a number 2081listed on the bottom of both sides. Under the word Valvoline, it says \"Trade Mark Reg. 1873\". The sign measures 30\" x 30\" x 1/16\".
