Mechanical backbox animation - two rockets circle the Earth. Each time a rocket ship reaches the moon, a \"trip\" is scored. A maximum of 19 trips can be scored in this way even though the backglass seems to indicate a higher number could be achieved.

Notes: The backglass carries Gottlieb\'s famous phrase: Amusement Pinballs, as American as Baseball and Hot Dogs!This is a complete and original game that is plug and play. It is currently set for \"free play\". It is a very fun game to play and the knocker goes off a lot! It is also fun to watch the rocket ship circle the earth (backglass animation) to award \"trips\" around it. You can win replays by trips or by points. It is playing great and scoring great. The only thing I would do mechanically is adjust the upper flippers to get a little more zip - they work but just need a little extra power. The lower flippers are fine. The pop bumpers are working good along with everything else on the playfield.The good: Nice original backglass - won\'t need a reproduction

The coin door has been jimmied in the upper right front corner - you can buy these used on , etc., and replace it if you want
The front of the cabinet has had small holes drilled for a security bar -
these holes need to be filled and the front of the cabinet paint touched-up
if it bothers you.
The legs have been repainted to a red/orange which I think look nice on the game and I think the original color is cream - you can re-paint to original if
you want to
