1965 Schwinn Sting-Ray ALL ORIGINAL, Blue Band, High loop, OVAL SLIK really NICE For Sale

A true survivor, I bought it from the original owner who was downsizing to move into a Seniors condo. I cannot find one thing on this bike that is not 1965 original & correct. This bike has been completely taken apart cleaned, shined, greased, wheels trued etc.The yellow oval SLIK is very rare, both tires have a fair amount of cracking as you\'d expect with 52 year old tires.Chrome is nice overall. Center stamped S-2 rear, no stamp S-7 front.The Bendix 2-speed Blue stripe overdrive actually has the serial number of the bike stamped on it, numbers matching so to speak. I\'ve never seen that.Seat has a few rust spots near the back, mostly really nice, dark spots in the photos are shadows from trees.A/S seat Clamp, non Chicago head badge, razor edge fenders. Its a nice Stingray.

It has come to my attention I didn\'t post a photo of the left side of the bike. I wish I could post more than 12, not sure how to do it. Happy to send a picture of the left side if you want to see it. It\'s in good shape just a few spots of missing blue paint by the crank tube kickstand area.
