1968 DODGE DART 2 DOOR SEDAN W/AC ORIGINAL For Sale

You are offerding on a very original 1968 Dodge Dart 2 Door Sedan with factory A/C and tinted windows. The car has been sitting for many years and does not have a title. A clear Illinois title can be arranged for around $350.00. I was going to title it and put a Magnum 360 and A518 OD trans in it (which I have), upgrade it to large bolt front discs and an 8.75 rear end, headers and 3\" single exhaust with a 2 chamber Flowmaster and a turn down (just to keep with the theme). Leave it barn fresh and hook the factory AC to the Magnums serpentine drive compressor and have a fun fuel injected, 3.91 geared screamer for next to nothing. All of the glass is really nice with minimal to no scratches and nicks and I have been told the 2 door Sedan factory tinted A/C glass is very hard to find and could bring as much as $1500 alone. Floors are rusty and need to be replaced or patched as I was going to do. The cross members and subframes are completely without rot. Under the hood is really nice too, none of the usual A Body rusty spots. The dashboard and instrument cluster are in really good shape. It will need an upper dash pad but the 68 only lower pads are almost perfect! As is the factory under dash A/C unit and heater box. Front and rear seats need recovered but are good. It is a factory vinyl floor car also. No of rust under the back seat floor pans or over the axle. Only one small hole above the rear wheel tub seam at the trunk floor extension. Trunk floor is better than most with a few small holes that could be patched. The original 225 6 and 904 are there and complete minus the intake, exhaust manifold and A/C compressor. It does have power steering and manual drum brakes. It is a really good builder and starting point and is the strongest and lightest A Body. Perfect SCCA (Mopar Muscle Green Brick) or Drag Race car, or whatever you can dream up. You will make money on this one no matter what you do to it. (Within reason!) I am including driver and passenger side NOS outer door skins that were purchased for $250 alone. I\'m also including 3 good 14\" small bolt Mopar Rallye wheels and 2 small bolt steel wheels. The American Slot Mag wheels were on my Uncles 73 Duster back in the late 70\'s to early 80\'s and need refinished but are very hard to find and should be worth some money on their own.
