Here is a rare original Jan 1968 SCHWINN STINGRAY \"Fastback\" 20\" BICYCLE! (AD Serial Number) This bike is from the era when most everything was cool! (the HEMICUDA, Mach 1 Mustang, and Camaro Z-28 come to mind!) This bike is in very original condition. In fact, as far as I can tell, nearly every single part of this bike is original. This bike has been in VERY long term storage and has not been owned by collectors. Be the first to get this bike back into the light and enjoy it!

*The bike is in the original and very appealing BLACK factory painted color. The bike has cool wide apehanger handlebars, matching Schwinn hand grips, cool rear sissy bar and so much more ! I dont know where you would find another like it! It is awesome! The bike is an original 5-speed STICK SHIFT with operable hand controlled brakes. This one has the cool \"overload tube\" in place! (these always seem to be missing) It has the cool 5-speed chainguard. (would look better with some black paint and a decal as its only chrome, see pics) Has the cool \"mag\" sprocket in place and Schwinn bow pedals. The bike shifts but will need adjustment as it has been in very long term storage. I believe the seat is original and is in ok condition for its age! (see pics0 It has the cool Stingray tag on the rear as well as the reflector mounting tab! This one has Schwinn rims front and rear. It has slightly newer replacement tires. They do hold air.

*Now is your chance to own one of the COOLEST bikes EVER MADE! Make someone in your life happy with this one. This is a cool bike that you can enjoy for years! It is money in the bank and will only go UP in value! You RARELY find these bikes anymore! They were all abused and thrown away back in the 1970s-80s. Finding one these days is a big challenge. If you check out , the selection on any 1960s Stingray bikes is very little. They are very cool and people enjoy owning, riding, and displaying them! Most people do not sell these bikes once they have them. Be the first to get this bike back out in the light and have fun with it! I believe this to be a fairly nice original unmolested bicycle unless otherwise noted.

*NOTED FLAWS It is not 100% flawless but is ok! The paint looks fairly ok for a 45+ year old boys bike! I LOVE the fact that it is original but it has chips scratches etc. The chrome is shiney but is not perfect show quality. Both wheels have a wobble when you spin them and each wheel is missing a spoke. I got it just like you see it. It appears to have some newer hardware here and there and possibly a newer shifter decal. The sides of the shifter have a weird brown area and kind of a wave. (see pics) NOT trying to nit pick this cool bike, just like to be honest. You will never see these Stick Shifter bikes produced again and finding one that has been in long term storage is a rare find these days! ENJJOY! *Sorry for the LONG description, these bikes really excite me. This awesome ride starts low with ABSOLUTELY so offer early and don\'t miss out! This will sell to the high buyer! Sorry, no buy it now is offered. People will ENVY you when you ride by at a car show or on the street with this bike! Sold as is because it is used. I try to list anything I notice with the bike. Keep in mind this is a vintage bike that has probably not been ridden for a while so it may need minor tuning, bearings greased, polishing, etc, These bikes are getting harder to find and are more popular than ever before! You will enjoy owning, riding, and displaying it for years! People always remember these bikes but seldom see them in person. Your new vintage bike will be shipped partially disassembled in a factory bike box. I take them in to have them packaged so they almost always arrive in the same condition as they left us. You may want to consider insurance, just in case. Once it has shipped, I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items without insurance.

Generally, if I receive your payment by 1 pm central time on Monday, it allows me enough time to get your bike to the shop for packing and to ship along with the Tuesday AM shipment.
