Complete bike and original as far as I know.paint is scratched.Looks like someone touched up some paint on down tube.Chrome has pitting on it.Bike is ridable but pulls to the right so the front end might need some adjustments.Seat is usable but material is cracked in different spots.Drum break works and shifter shifts.Tires are decent.Please see pics and ask questions if you have them.Paypal only .ship to mainland USA only
