1972-1990 NASA Space Shuttle Program lot of (112) official issued film transparencies in oversized card-stock frame presentation sleeves. Film is taped to back of card-stock frame sleeve. Images of Space Shuttle program include rare artist orbiter concept, launch pad, communications, electronics, payload bay, space, skylab, vehicle assembly building, presentations, KSC facilities and surrounding launch complex. Timeline for images are from 1972-1990. Most sleeves have NASA logo printed. NASA public affairs office (PAO) at KSC would loan film image(s) from archive library for space training, mission planning, partner updates, official presentations, internal meetings, media requests and public relations. Outside of NASA digital file archives, lot is very rare as this format is obsolete and most were lost, recycled or just thrown away. Lot includes;
-(3) NASA meatball logo.
-(92) NASA worm logo-includes five duplicates.
-(5) NASA no logo imprint-includes one duplicate.
-(12) NASA-Rockwell Communications-no logo imprint.
Overall size varies for each frame sleeve from approx. 9" x 12" to larger size of 10”x 14". Images shown in photo gallery are a few of the film transparencies that are included. Please refer to photos provided for exact item(s) and condition you will receive with your purchase. Presentation sleeves will show obvious signs of age wear & handling, bent corners, creases, dirt, discoloration, dust, labels affixed, markings, pencil-pen writing, scratches, spots, sticker residue, tears, written words... Lot as described is "Space Shuttle History" and is sold from one collector to another with no rights implied or transferred.
