Here is a rare original September 1973 SCHWINN STINGRAY 20\" BICYCLE! (JJ Serial Number) This bike is from the era when most everything was cool! (the HEMICUDA, Mach 1 Mustang, and Camaro Z-28 come to mind!) This bike is in very original condition. In fact, as far as I can tell, nearly every single part of this bike is original. This bike has been in VERY long term storage and has not been owned by collectors. Be the first to get this bike back into the light and enjoy it!

*The bike is in the original and very appealing SUNSET ORANGE factory painted color. (like the orange krate, I love them but the Fastback bikes are much better for riding) The bike has cool wide apehanger handlebars, matching Schwinn hand grips, (one has an open end) nice looking original screen chainguard, cool rear sissy bar and so much more ! I dont know where you would find another like it! It is awesome! You can read the chainguard lettering really well unlike most of them. The bike is an original 5-speed STICK SHIFT with operable hand controlled brakes. Has the cool \"mag\" sprocket in place. The bike shifts and brakes. (will need fine tune adjustment, as it reaches 3 of 5 gears) The stick shifter does not have the \"overload tube\" in place. The seat is original and split. It has the cool Stingray tag on the rear as well as the reflector mounting tab AND the original reflector! This one has Schwinn rims front and rear. This one has Schwinn tires front and rear. The rear is a Schwinn FASTBACK Slick tire! I BELIEVE this bike to be 100% original parts from when it was new! (see pics and be your own judge) The only exception is the bike was missing its fenders. My guy added some nos fenders to the bike. (see pics, just like to be honest. Its a good thing to have nice fenders) This is a great bike and a great find!

*This bike was recently removed from VERY long term storage. I LOVE LOVE LOVE finding these \"time capsule\" type bikes and they almost never come along!

*Now is your chance to own one of the COOLEST bikes EVER MADE! Make someone in your life happy with this one. This is a cool bike that you can enjoy for years! It is money in the bank and will only go UP in value! You RARELY find these bikes anymore! They were all abused and thrown away back in the 1970s-80s. Finding one these days is a big challenge. If you check out , the selection on any 1960s Stingray bikes is very little. They are very cool and people enjoy owning, riding, and displaying them! Most people do not sell these bikes once they have them. Be the first to get this bike back out in the light and have fun with it! I believe this to be a fairly nice original unmolested bicycle unless otherwise noted.

*NOTED FLAWS It is not 100% flawless but is relatively NICE for a 40+ year old boys bike! The paint looks relatively ok for its age! (it has chips and scratches, decal wear, but is better than many, see pics) I LOVE original paint! The chrome is shiney but is not perfect show quality. Both wheels have a slight wobble when you spin them. You will never see these Stick Shifter bikes produced again and finding one that has been in long term storage is a rare find these days! ENJOY! *Sorry for the LONG description, these bikes really excite me. This awesome ride starts low with ABSOLUTELY so offer early and don\'t miss out! This will sell to the high buyer! Sorry, no buy it now is offered. People will ENVY you when you ride by at a car show or on the street with this bike! Sold as is because it is used. I try to list anything I notice with the bike. Keep in mind this is a vintage bike that has probably not been ridden for a while so it may need minor tuning, bearings greased, polishing, etc, These bikes are getting harder to find and are more popular than ever before! You will enjoy owning, riding, and displaying it for years! People always remember these bikes but seldom see them in person. Your new vintage bike will be shipped partially disassembled in a factory bike box. I take them in to have them packaged so they almost always arrive in the same condition as they left us. You may want to consider insurance, just in case. Once it has shipped, I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items without insurance.
