1980 Case XX 10-Dot Micarta Texas Lockhorn Knife w/Sheath & Box, For Sale

The right year, the right color, the right handle, and with Sheath and Box! That’s what you get with this great Case throwback. The Texas Lockhorn was only made for 5 short years, from 1980 to 1985, and this pretty 10-Dot was made during its first year of production. The Lockhorn was made without a pattern number, like its little brother the Muskrat. This piece is a 1980 model with beautiful chip and crack free Ivory Micarta Handles that are full of color and blemish free. Both identical California Clip blades show the factory edge, no spots, no pits, no major scratches, no rubs, and that’s no bull! Each blade has good closing snap and both lock up nice and tight in the open position. This handsome large 37 year old classic has never been carried, used, or sharpened. It comes complete with the original unused Case Leather Sheath (which still has that new leather smell and also in prime condition) and the original box in outstanding condition (all pictured). The Texas Lockhorn is becoming scarce in unused condition, especially these 10-Dot models, and they are beginning to quickly disappear from the marketplace.
