These are authentic U.S. Navy recruiting posters from the U.S. Government Printing Office 1973. The posters were originally displayed outside the Rockville MD Old Post Office Recruiting Station for the Vietnam - Cold War Era from 1973 to 1976 recruitment campaign. Both posters had approx. two inches cut from the bottom to fit the display signage resulting in 36" x 24" measurements for each poster. The posters were removed from display in early 1977 with the official end of the Vietnam War Era and the Navy enlisted uniform change from the Crackerjacks.
The posters are in acceptable condition with wear and tear from outside display.
The posters will be rolled together with paper a separatorand shipped in a cardboard tube.
