This is the actual cyan printing plate used to manufacture card 37b Cindy Lopper 2013 Garbage Pail Kids OS1 Chrome Trading Cards and is a ONE-OF-A-KIND Collectible!
As this was the actual printing plate, there's obvious signs of wear. However, I opened packs wearing gloves and immediately put this in a penny sleeve + top leader + team bag + stored in a card box to protect it's condition.
