It appears mint as can be IMHO. Please see pics as well. Comes toploaded and bagged just as it has been kept.

Basing this price off of recent sales including a lesser condition and less impressive Tina Berardi Han Solo for more than $175.

So just looking at the market for Berardi and these major characters.
