We currently ship all orders out Monday-Friday using FedEx. We only use FedEx. Delivery can occur on Saturdays. All deliveries are subject to FedEx holidays.

Orders placed before 4 AM PST with successfully processed payment and available inventory will ship out within 1 business day (Monday - Friday). We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

You will receive an order and shipping confirmation email within 1 business day if order is placed before 11AM PST.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

Are there promo codes / coupons available for me?
As a member of the Belleze community, you may receive special discounts and promotional codes from time to time. You may also see discounts on banners and notifications on our web site. I received an incomplete order (missing parts, manual, etc.), what do I do?

Why was my order cancelled?
If your order is cancelled due to inventory, you will receive an email. In most cases, inventory is determined at time of purchase. In the event that your item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund (including tax) back to the original form of payment. Refunds are subject to your bank’s processing time.
Shipping & Returns Assures our customers that they will receive all orders promptly and exactly as described. In addition, it allows customers to return new and unused products in their original factory condition for any reason within 60 days from the date of purchase. No restocking fee and hassle free!
Please note that all returns must be pre-approved by Onebigoutlet and have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs, appropriate packing, insurance and returning the item in new and re-sellable condition. Used items will not be accepted for return.We only replace the returned item with an identical item, or issue a full store credit for the value of the item, or issue a refund for the value of the item. If your purchase was made during a free shipping method, we will also deduct the shipping charge (as calculated by www.fedex.com / www.fedex.com published rate) from the total amount.
Under no condition will Onebigoutlet be liable for any damages, and in particular will not be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost properties, revenue or use, arising out of or related to the Onebigoutlet account or the information contained within it, whether such damages arose in contract, negligence, tort, under statute, in equity, at law or otherwise. The sole and exclusive maximum liability to Onebigoutlet arising from any product sold on Onebigoutlet account shall be the price of the product ordered.
