Reel 2 smells of slight vinegar.

Pink/Red color

Has not been screened in years but

was a good print

No rights given or implied

Can work out something for shipping, but probably weighs

at least 100 lbs.

On May-19-15 at 06:28:16 PDT, seller added the following information:

Just uploaded picture from Reel #1 ... should get to all the others later today.
There are two optical tracks, so this would appear to be a Stereo print.
I also noticed a slight vinegar smell on Reel 4. Of course if it's in the can,you might smell some on all the reels. Either way it didn't make me gaspor anything, so very slight. Thanks.

On May-19-15 at 12:19:30 PDT, seller added the following information:

Looks like Reel 6 has the best color to me. I left both containers openfor an hour, and for sure you could smell the "vinegar" smell from the film.Again not over whelmingbut it's there for sure.
And 100 LBS is very close to what the containers weigh for shipping cost purposes.

On May-19-15 at 13:50:27 PDT, seller added the following information:

Lastly ... There are a total of (6) reels.
Not sure why, but it doubled up my first three pictures, when I added the new ones of the film images.
I also noticed a bubble frame (heat burn) at the heads on a couple reels. But I would imagine that happens sometimes from theprojection runs.

Another shot from Reel #1

On May-19-15 at 20:41:04 PDT, seller added the following information:

There are some reflections in the film pictures, that are not in the print.
NO COLOR CORRECTION DONE.
Just a straight shot with my camera, with a white background.

On May-20-15 at 04:39:27 PDT, seller added the following information:

Being sold AS-IS, described to the best of my ability.
Buyer responsible for shipping costs. Can also be picked up locally.
(I only stated Local PU, as I had no idea what final shipping costs would be.)If shipped, will ship insured to confirmed Paypal address, signature required.
Thank you.

More notes to answer questions:
This has been in climate controlled storage for many years, and was originally purchasedsoon after the theatrical release. Whether or not the Goldberg Bros. containersare the best for the films... maybe not, as they don't get a lot of air.
But we've had many films in storage in metal containers that are fine. So I think it justcomes down to the actual composition of the film itself.

On May-20-15 at 16:38:50 PDT, seller added the following information:

Just went thru all of Reel #1 on the rewind table. I would say there are varying degrees of fading throughout the reel.
I also smelled vinegar on this reel, and it was a little stronger deep in.So for sure, this print will have a limited shelf life. Please keep this in mind when offerding.
If you need to cancel a offer, I'll understand. Here are pictures from the middle and end of Reel #1

On May-20-15 at 17:28:41 PDT, seller added the following information:

Just went thru all of Reel #6 on the rewind table. I would say this reel was pretty solid, and hardly any VS.
But either way, you can expect varying quality from Reel to Reel, and some degree of VS throughout the print. Here are pictures from the middle & end of Reel #6.

On May-23-15 at 10:02:45 PDT, seller added the following information:

Just went thru all of Reel #2 on the rewind table. I would say this reel was Okay, with very mild VS.
It didn't get stronger as I wound/re-wound.Here are pictures from the middle & end of Reel #2.

On May-23-15 at 10:36:20 PDT, seller added the following information:

Just went thru all of Reel #3 on the rewind table. I would say this reel was pretty good, with very mild VS and some curl.
Last few feet, the edge on the soundtrack side had white edges. Here are pictures from the middle & end of Reel #3.
