35mm full feature movie - CASABLANCA (1942) For Sale

This is the full length 35mm motion picture, 102 minutes, of the Academy Award winner: CASABLANCA on 6 full reels (put onto cores for safe shipping). NOTE: It has a superbEnglishsoundtrack, but it also hasFrench subtitles( see PHOTOS). Once the movie starts, it is easy to forget they are there. Picture quality is very nice, sharp with incredible rich density (see PHOTOS) and with only light wear throughout. It does have a few splices but they are mostly negligible. I do not remember any dialogue missing. It is missing the \"Warner Brothers\" Logo at the very beginning, but starts immediately after that and includes all titles and credits including the fade-out after \"THE END\" at the conclusion of the film. There are a few splices in reel one during the credits, but they clear up immediately and are only very random after that. NO VS!! The print has been stored in a temperature controlled archival vault. It runs smoothly with a sharp, rock solid image. CASABLANCA won 3 Academy Awards for Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Screenplay. It was also nominated for Best Actor (Humphrey Bogart), Best Cinematography, and Best Music (Max Steiner). \"As Time Goes By\"became an overnight sensation. The movie is considered one of the 10 Greatest Films of all time! It does not have it\'s original heads or tails, but these have been replaced with Academy Leader.
