9 1/2 Inches Signed L.C.TIFFANY FAVRILE Blue Iridescent Stripe Opalescent Bowl:
$0.99

This beautiful Tiffany bowl came out of my Grandmother\'s estate. It is signed L. C. Tiffany Favrile. It measures approx. 9 1/2\" wide and a little over 4\" tall. After Grandma died my mother found this bowl in her kitchen pantry and she had used it for her potting soil. When the whole house is stuffed with Antiques you don\'t think of what is valuable, you just use what is available or handy. In the 1970\'s, her house was appraised 36 million. There are no chips or cracks, there are some scratches in the bottom on the inside and wear on the bottom on the outside. There may be a little bit of lime deposit on the inside most of it I got cleaned off. It is still a very nice piece. One of our favorites. The yellow stand that it is sitting on is an old whale oil vaseline glass lamp base. That we will also be selling. Please take the time and read a little history of some of the items we will be putting on. We will be putting on more Estate items and items that we have collected for over 30 years. The last picture shows some of the items. Most items are from my Grandmothers estate. She would be around 115 if still alive. Millions of dollars worth of Antiques were left in the house when they bought it in the 1930\'s from her Uncle Charles Chandler. He got the house in 1922 when his brother Henry died. The 2 brothers where rich and traveled the world buying fine items and antiques from all over and were especially fond of Oriental. It was said that Charles liked the 1896 Worlds Fair Japanese Exhibit so much that he bought the whole exhibit. Grandmas house was a 3 story, 16 bedroom home, stuffed with antiques. In the 1970\'s her house full of treasures was appraised at 36 million. She died in 1989 and most items went to sale. Her 3 sons split up the rest. I recently bought several truck loads from my mother when she moved from a 7,000 square feet house to a small apartment. Thank you for looking and taking the time to read this.
