This card is not like the others that resemble it listed on . This unique original version of this postcard features an embossed design and depicts a scene of Black Americans playing a quiet game of dice. The silk material and undivided back suggest it was manufactured between 1901-1907 in the United States.


The postcard is in good condition and has been previously posted. On the front is a note from the addressee’s mother reading, “None of this son.”


It is a rare piece that would make a great addition to any collection. The theme of the postcard is centered around art and cultures & ethnicities, and specifically depicts the theme of friendship.
