ARTIST SIGNED 1998 18K GOLD & STERLING SILVER JUDAICA MEZUZAH PENDANT NECKLACE For Sale

This is in excellent condition, signed on the bottom as shown. I can see date 1998, 925, and 18k, but unfortunately I can not make out the signature. If anyone recognizes this, I\'d love to hear from you. The sterling silver chain measures 19\", and the pendant measures 7/8\" including the top attached bale.
