Antique 1930s 1940s Art Deco Industrial Metal Gooseneck Table Desk Lamp For Sale

Antique gooseneck art deco Industrial desk table or work lamp was produced by the American company Eagle.

The base is cast iron and the shade is aluminum. All parts are original although the cord has been replaced and the lamp re-wired for safety, and it has been carefully cleaned. The shade has several small dents from years of use. The deco cast iron base is not only artistically pleasing--it is functional, designed to hold paper clips, pens and pencils.

The underside of the base says Eagle Pat No D96558. The light is adjustable thanks to the gooseneck flexable arm and requires a simple E27 light bulb.

This lamp measures approximately 15 inches when extended, not including the shade. The shade is 6 1/2 inches in diameter and the stand is approximately 7 inches long and 5 inches wide. This is a perfect lamp or gift for any art deco or industrial designer / collector.
