Antique A.C. Williams Original Cast Iron Skyscraper or Multi-Story Office Building Still Bank Made in Ohio, Original Silver and Gold Paint, Circa 1900-20's

Thisoriginal A.C. Williams cast iron bank represents a 9-story commercial officebuilding or skyscraper with robust urn roof finials. Made in Ohio, this piece is very well made with thetwo halves tied together with a turnbuckle rod rather than a screw asin many still banks. The bank retains its original silver and gold paint. The roof finials and front and rear doors are painted in a dark goldcolor. The painted surfaces have a little wear and a nice old patinacommensurate with age and use. Overall, the piece has good detail inthe casting and a well-designed form.

Condition: Very Good with no breaks, losses, cracks or repairs. It retains theoriginal silver and gold paint with a good old patina and some wearto the painted surfaces commensurate with age and use.
