Payment & Refunds

We only accept verified payments. Payment is due within 72 hours after the winning offer. We have the right to relist the item after 7 days for items with no payment. If you choose to purchase multiple items, please wait to make your payment until you have received the full invoice for all items. Once paid in full, the items will be shipped within 72 hours of payment.

Please plan on a prompt payment upon purchase within 72 hours.

The buyer must contact us first in order to begin a refund process. Full credit refunds are offered if the item has been misrepresented to an extreme degree. Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving all returned items.

Shipping & Returns

Each item will be carefully packed and shipped with quality and care in mind.

Items are sold and shipped to contiguous US addresses only. No shipping offered to post office boxes or alternate addresses. If returned, shipping becomes the seller\'s responsibility. All returned items must be received no later than 14 days after the ending date of the winning offer. There is a 10% restocking fee for returned items. If for any reason any item is returned, the item must be in the exact condition as it was originally shipped. Any alterations consist of damage, sizing, cleaning or appearance.
