Antique Bronze Imperial Russian Urn with Emblem~Vase~Signed~As Found For Sale

An Antique Bronze Imperial Russian Urn or what I believe may have been a cane or umbrella Stand. It does have damage; i.e. dings, missing handles and a crack/separation of the rim (as shown in the images) and is being sold as found. It measures just over 13-1/2" tall x 4-1/8" across the top and bottom and x approx. 8-1/2" at the widest section. It has the Imperial Russian Emblem attached but loose along the lower half and the bottom is stamped with the Imperial Russian mark and other marks.
