Antique Deco Vintage Ritter 1920's Model C Cuspidor with 2 Dental Chairs

Cuspidor has many tools as pictured and water heater, nothing has been tested and would assume all are non working condition.

Condition is "in need of restore" can confirm hydraulics do not work, one chair arm is broken, one chair headrest is missing, one porcelain bowl is broken, other missing parts as well, please see pics and offer accordingly.
