Antique Early 1900s Pill Box With Miniature Thongs For Sale

This pill box is in wonderful condition. It is tarnished, but I chose not to polish it, so it could be seen in it's authentic state. It is marked on the inside bottom Italy 800, and on the other end is 31. It has a beautiful scroll engraved design. This is quite a catch. The tongs are 1 1/16" it has 2 small shelves to hold and open up the case.
