All items are in okay to good used shape. Please understand that all items are sold as not tested. This means that items that have working parts or features might not be in working order and will hopefully just need a new battery or need to possible be fixed and in this case,item was being sold as for parts or repair. I do not offer refunds or returns on items that are sold as not tested with item hasworking parts or features. If you need to know if item is in working order message me before buying item to prevent any issues with your order.
I do allow reasonable offers on all items. Please no low ball offers. In most cases I will counteroffer a price that works for me if the price is too low. The counteroffer I send will be a price that is 100% the lowest I can go on the item and will not accept any offers lower that that counteroffer price.
I do combine shipping costs when buyers buy more than 1 item. Each extra item is $0.50 each after the first item at cost seen for shipping. On bigger orders I do use medium and large flat rate USPS boxes to keep shipping costs down. If buying more than 5 items in an order, please message me before offerding/buying.Immediate payment is extremely appreciated when possible and makes for faster processing of order and faster ship out times, however buyers have up to 4 days to make payment.I ship within 3 days of payment being made. If payment is made before 10am mountain time item will be shipped on same day of payment being made Monday through Friday unless it\'s a holiday.

I do not offer returns/refunds in most cases however I will offer returns for major issues only however buyer pays for return shipping! I do not offer returns on items that have working parts of features because in most cases I do not have the means to test items. Most places I buy items from do not offer returns or refunds on items so I also will offer refunds or returns on items that have working parts or features.
