Some water-staining to front board near base of spine (SEE PIC), but not affecting the interior at all, some foxing to front & rear free endpapers & lightly to a few rear pages, some slight separations to gutter evident here and there, but all sewn & holding fine, o/w joints & hinges firm & solid & overall GOOD CONDITION.
The book was self-published by the author, a Past and Worshipful Master associated with a number of Lodges including the Kent Lodge and the famous Quatuor Coronati Lodge in London. The book is ultra rare, as he probably didn't have too many printed.
