A patriotic WWII aviator hero whose motto is "Keep 'Em Flyin'!" The evil Mr. Axis tries to prevent the signing of a rubber agreement crucial to America's wartime supply. Flagman and Rusty battle a gorilla (with a swastika on its chest) especially trained by the Axis to kill them.
