Circa 1900 Austrian Carl Kauba (1865-1922), a patinated and cold-painted bronze sculpture, depicting American Indian scout with a rifle climbing over a ridge. Attached upon original hand carved rouge marble rough design, imitating natural rocky landscape. Naturalistic characteristics, lively colors with rich & clear details. Overall very good condition, with general minor wear to patination commensurate with age, minor paint loss, small scratches to marble.
