This is an original $500 Bond (Number 20) at 6% interest issued on July 29th, 1910. It was for improvements in the City of Colorado Springs along Wood Ave. - a very high value neighborhood. It was redeemed and paid in full on March 31, 1915. It still has coupons #9 through #20 attached. The document is in excellent condition with a little bit of dirt on the outside folded creases.
