One broken piece: the slipper in the mouth of a dog at the top of the tree. Half the slipper is broken. I could not find any other breakages or chips.

The light at the very top of the tree does not work. The rest of the lights are working. Lights are removable/replaceable. Does not come with extra bulbs.

Overall in very good pre-owned condition.
