This sale is for a1999 Christmas In The City #56.58948 "Wintergarten Cafe". The building measures approx. 9 1/2 inches high x 5 inches long x 4 inches wide. It is in very good displayed condition. It was well cared for. The building comes with a light cord. I have found no chips or cracks. The German restaurant even has a microbrewery on the outside. It is a great piece, that will stand out in your Christmas In The City display. It was purchased from a Dept. 56 collector and it has been stored in a smoke free home.
