Dept. 56 Snow Village 1998 Birch Run Ski Chalet #54882 Complete Please Read For Sale

This sale is for a 1998 Department Snow Village \" Birch Run Ski Chalet.\" It is in very good displayed condition. I HAVE FOUND SOME FLAWS . There is a crack line in the snow on the left hand side of the building , on the roof aside of the window dormer. Some of the other snow is a little thicker , and there are some more thin crack lines in the snow in the front of the building on the base. It isn\'t anything major, it does still display well, but I wanted to point them out. The building measures approx. 7 1/2 inches high x 10 1/2 inches long x 7 1/2 inches wide. I have found no chips or cracks. The light cord is included. The ski\'s and first aid sign are included . The other signs are there ,they are permanently hooked on. It would be a great addition to your village. It was purchased from a Dept. 56 collector and has been stored in a smoke free home. The paper sleeve has some wear from age and storage.
