Crafted by the Duncan & Miller Glass Company in Washington, Pennsylvania of the United States, this vintage Art Deco wine chiller is gorgeously crafted in the shape and likeness of a Top Hat in the Old Hobnail pattern which is best described through pictures! Ready, willing and definitely able, this chiller lies in wait to chill the wine at your next cocktail party!
