Framed Full Plate Painted Tintype Children Unusual Creepy Effect Folk Art 1800s For Sale

Original 1870s or 1880s, full-plate painted tintype photo behind what appears to be its original mat and original, or period, frame. The image is in very good antique condition but natural oxidation or other aging processes changed the children's appearance a bit, turning this in a striking and unusual piece of art.
Both the frame is about 11" x 8.5" and is in very good antique condition with light wear, as shown.
