Fred Thompson Signed Framed ROAD IN THE WILDERNESS Hand Tinted Photo Vintage For Sale

Lovely little antique signed, framed Fred Thompson hand-colored photograph of a dirt road through Fall woods, early 20th century, titled \"Road in the Wilderness.\" Fred Thompson was one of the main competitors to, and a contemporary of, Wallace Nutting.It has great color, and is crisp and clean - really in wonderful condition. It measures 5.5 x 7.5 inches framed. The frame appears to be be original and looks pristine. The mat is an even vanilla color, and very clean. A new dust jacket was added in the 1990s, and the original dust jacket with Fred Thompson\'s stamp in the corner was carefully removed and glued onto it, to preserve that stamp. It is quite rare to find a picture where every part is in such good condition.I have tried to find and describe any flaws, but please check the photos carefully.
