Antique Original German Photo Albums (3) from the 1930s Time-Frame
Photos feature people, families, sights, landmarks, animals, performers, cities, a Zeppelin, boats, photos taken of movies at a theater, and much more. There are some political photos showing Germansymbolism, soldiers, and/or slogans, but there are probably less than 10 pictures altogether.
Album #1 measures approximately 8 3/4" x 12 1/2". It has 234 photos. There is one at least one loose page in this album.
Album #2 measures approximately 7 5/8" x 10 3/4". It has 271 photos.
Album #3 measures approximately 7 1/8" x 10 3/4". It has 280 photos.
There are 785 photos in all three albums.
Many pages have writing on them, but I cannot read it.
Photos range in size, but most are smaller. The smallest may be around 1 1/4" x 1 1/2". Many are 2 3/4" x 3 3/4".
Albums are in antique condition with tearing, heavy discoloration, marks, creasing, damage to covers, and other wear from age, handling and storage. Some photos are loose or missing. A newspaper article was torn off one page. The thin sheets of paper in-between album pages have heavy wear to include creasing and tearing. Photos are glued down and also clipped into the albums at the corners. The albums may have additional damage to the binding from storage.
Please see photos for more information on condition and ask anyquestions you may have.
This would be a nice addition to any collection.
