Hand Cut Western Germany Over 24% Lead Crystal Glass Patriotic Eagle Bell 8.25\" Hand Cut Western Germany Over 24% Lead Crystal Glass Patriotic Eagle Bell 8.25\"  Hand Cut Western Germany Over 24% Lead Crystal Glass Patriotic Eagle Bell 8.25\" The bell is in excellent condition with no dings, cracks or chips.  It has a beautiful hand cut depiction of an eagle with the stars and stripes of the USA and a diamond pattern all over with a frosted finial shaped handle.  It has a tag that indicates that it was made in Western Germany, is over 24% PbO lead oxide and is a genuine hand cut crystal bell.  It does not have any indication of who made it anywhere that I can see. It measures approx. 3.5\" x 8.25\" H.
